- Link Specifications: Each article can contain one or more outgoing links at your discretion.
- Link Type: All links are do-follow unless you specifically instruct us otherwise.
- Visibility: Articles will initially be linked from the homepage and will eventually move to the category pages.
- Permanence: Articles are permanent and will remain online as long as Black Spring ApS operates the site.
- Content Restrictions: We generally accept articles regarding betting, gambling, and loans (except for our Norwegian websites). However, we do not allow false statements, fraudulent reviews, or misrepresentative content. We reserve the right to refuse any article without providing a reason.
Prohibited Content and Legal Indemnity
Strict Legal Notice regarding Illegal Content and Regulatory Compliance: It is the sole and absolute responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all submitted content and destination links comply with local and international laws. Specifically, any links to sites that do not adhere to the Danish Gambling Authority’s (Spillemyndigheden) guidelines for advertising are strictly prohibited.

Should Black Spring ApS become aware of any link or content that violates these regulations, the content will be immediately removed without prior notice. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for such removals. The Customer acknowledges that the provision of unlawful links constitutes a material breach of contract that jeopardizes the legal standing and operational license of Black Spring ApS. The Customer agrees to indemnify Black Spring ApS against any legal repercussions or financial penalties arising from the Customer’s failure to perform due diligence regarding regulatory compliance.
Language and Localization
- Market Focus: Most of our websites are Danish (.dk). We also operate select sites in English (.com), Swedish (.se), and Norwegian (.no).
- Language Requirements: Articles must be written in the native language of the target website. For example, English articles will not be accepted for Danish websites.
Site Lists
We do not provide a comprehensive list of our domains to the general public. We only share our portfolio with verified, serious clients. You will be considered a client and eligible for a site list only after the successful payment of your first published post.
Payment Terms
Payment must be settled via International Bank Transfer or PayPal within one week of the article going live. Failure to settle invoices will result in a formal pursuit of the debt, and we reserve the right to contact the owners of the destination sites linked in the unpaid content.
